How We’re Different
Maloney-Hassett Introductions, founded in 2008, was inspired by a glaring deficiency in the dating industry- specifically, a truly personalized approach to matchmaking. This industry has grown exponentially since the nascence of MHI, and it can be challenging to determine which service may be the best fit for you. One of the elements that sets MHI apart is our commitment to finding you matches locally, while many other services require you to be open to other states where they have more resources. Also, most matchmaking services have a disproportionately high employee turnover rate, and if you don’t work with the same matchmaker from start to finish, a lot can get lost in translation. With MHI, you will work with the same experienced matchmaker for the duration of your program.
Matchmaking is Personal
At Maloney-Hassett Introductions, you will meet your matchmaker in person for the initial consultation. Connecting with your matchmaker in person is a necessary step in the process, as it allows for a deeper understanding of your personality, match preferences, and relationship goals. While a phone call or Zoom meeting may provide helpful insights, meeting face-to-face enables your matchmaker to get a better sense for your personality and pick up on subtle nuances that may be otherwise overlooked. This personal interaction also gives you an opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and build a rapport that is essential to the success of your program.
Matchmaking is a Process
Your matchmaker will facilitate qualified introductions based on the parameters and preferences discussed in your consultation, but the key to success is sharing open, honest feedback after each introduction. This discussion provides your matchmaker with the insights needed to refine the search and fine tune the criteria for future matches. With MHI, you will work with the same experienced matchmaker for the entirety of your program, and the ongoing dialogue will allow your matchmaker to better understand your evolving preferences, priorities, and expectations, ensuring that each new connection is more aligned with what you’re seeking in a partner
